Sue Harper

Sue Harper’s career started in the UK, and she transitioned into education after her move to the USA. Her role as Associate Director at the Quaglia Institute involves assisting schools using the Quaglia School Voice surveys. Sue firmly believes that students should be involved in every aspect of a school, from designing the school building itself, to creating the curriculum, to planning the school day. When students have a voice at their school, and when teachers and administrators listen to those voices, the impact can be phenomenal.

When not working at the Institute, Sue can be found spending time with her granddaughter, pottering in her garden during the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
